Lower Clearance Vacuum Tanker

Includes:

4,000 litre vacuum tank 6mm m/s grade 250 to be housed
     on a tandem axle trailer.
A pommetravaini liquid ring pump with capacity of 400cfm to      be operated by hydraulics.
Tank frame will have a fall of 120mm with the assistance of
     air bag suspension.
4" inlet and 4" outlet.
3600psi pressure pump unit with 15mtr retractable HP hose
     and lance.
1 1/2" sample pot.
3" primary shut off valve and also 3" secondary pot filter system.
A 415mm inspection port at the top of the tank inside turret and at rear.
Two hose trays for vacuum hoses, tool boxes on truck chassis and water tank fabricated from aluminium.
Dip stick with full, 3/4 and 1/2.
The above unit will have the appropriate certification and will be able to be registered for general use.


Electrics:

Flashing beacon to be fitted at rear of tank.
Two work lights at rear of tank led clearance lights and tail light
     assembly.


Paint:

Sand blasting of components.
Etch prime in two pack.
Primer fill two and sand smooth.
Paint three coats of two pack white.
