Stainless Steel Clarifier Tank

Hydro Excavation Unit

Includes:

6000 litre capacity, dimensions to be approx. 1600 dia x 3400 long.

Separate 2000 litre water jetting tank.

Four imploding rings evenly spaced along barrel.

The tank shall be a single compartment tank.

Tank barrel 6mm mild steel.

Tank Ends torrespherical minimum 6mm mild steel.

Tank to have a fully opening and locking hydraulic rear door.

Tank to have waste wrap around diverter plate.

Tank will be fitted with 3 stage tipping ram.

Tank shall have a fabricated lower mounted chassis frame, fixed mounted at rear and mounts towards the front end to allow flexibility between chassis and the tank structure.

2 X 450mm diameter hatches on top located either side of baffles.

Tank to be fitted with suitable top roll over protection turret.

Fully welded' and drained via 32mm (1 1/4)"pipes into hose trays on both sides.

Tank to be fitted with an air operated hand rail on top of the turret.

There will be a pull out ladder to access an intermediate landing to access ladder to top of tank.

There will be a 1800mm 1200mm tray for storage of equipment.

100mm inlet port with stainless steel ball valve reduced to 75mm cam lock fittings.

Fit 150mm outlet air knife valve with cam lock fittings and a 50mm sample point with valve cam lock fitting.

2 X hose trays one on either side of tank and one tool box.

Fit a 3" 400CFM masport water cooled vacuum pump with 4 way valve or pump of your choice.

Fit positive drive and coupling from PTO to vac pump.

Fit 150 litre water storage for vacuum pump.

Fit primary valve with ball shut off at front section on top of the tank.

Fit super scrubber on front upper R/H side of tank.

Fitted with centre mounted calibrated dip stick.

EIP mounts on the vehicle.

Leak testing.

Water Pressure Unit:

Pressure jetting pump will good for 3600 psi with a 13hp
key start petrol engine and flow 15 litres per minute and
with 15 meters of retractable 5/16 hose and lance fittings including turbo head, swivel and pot holing attachment.

Electrics:

4 x side mounted clearance lights each side mounted below hose trays.

2 x rear mounted work lights.

1 x rear mounted flashing beacon.

2 x LED type tail lights.

Reverse beeper.

PTO switch and indicator light mounted in cabin.

Paint:

Sand/blasting and paintwork in two pack white

Includes:

	6mm barrel and torrespherical ends from 250 grade mild steel with a diameter 1830mm.
	4 x 125mm x 75 external imploding rings.
	Full roll over protection fitted to top of tank with 38mm external drains on either side at end of tank.
	Two lifting lugs mounted on top of tank.
	Full length chassis rail on tank to be fabricated from 8mm steel.
	75SHS to be fabricated for base frame mounted to chassis and safety prop.
	Pivoting tank hinged from rear with a four stage hydraulic tipping ram.
	Full hydraulic opening rear door with twist lock securing system in two stages.
	6" air operated knife valve for out let and 4" knife valve for inlet with stand pipe wear plate.
	50mm EPA sample point and 3 sight glasses 1/2, 3/4 & near full on rear hatch.
	One low profile 75mm primary shut off capable 500cfm and one 450mm manway on top of tank.
	One front mounted secondary shut off with 100mm sight glass, pressure and vacuum relief valve, drain and 100mm liquid.
